With an accent thicker and harder to cut than his amazing Mature Gouda, it’s not hard to tell that Pieter is a recent import from Holland. Pieter brings with him generations of cheese making knowledge and experience. Pieter’s family and extended family have been making cheese for well over one hundred years. Together with his wife Nicky, Pieter strives to produce the finest soft & hard cheeses and cultured butters. Every step in the process is done carefully and lovingly by hand in true Artisan fashion.

Mill Grove Dairy has teamed up with Morgan Vineyards, a vineyard established in 1971 on the slopes of the Upper Yarra. Being a boutique vineyard, only producing limited quantities of high quality wines from 100% Estate Grown fruit, makes Morgan Vineyards and Mill Grove Dairy an ideal fit, to showcase our cheese and butters in the friendly and fun Winery & Cellar Door environment.
