Specialising in authentic wood fired pizza, thin base with earthy, charred flavour. From comforting classics like the humble margherita or calabrese salami with fior di latte to creative combinations of house made pork and fennel sausage with provolone, roast onion and rosemary.

The wood fired oven is the heart & soul of our open kitchen, where you can watch your pizza being made.

We use Istra small goods from Daylesford, a family run business using traditional methods & free range pigs.
Not only do we have our signature Middle Eastern flatbread with chorizo, haloumi & a fried egg cooked in our wood fired oven, but also exquisite breakfasts of house made corn fritters (g/f), Eggs Benedict and Avo Feta Smash.
